Sheet Piling
Gratwick Park is a public park located along the Niagara River in North Tonawanda, NY. In
order to expand the amount of boat docks, sheet piling and pipe piles were driven along the
shoreline. Ferraro used a 50-ton hydraulic rough terrain crane with an Ape 150T to drive sheets
25’ below grade in order to extend the center pier. Pipe piles were driven to bedrock in the water
to support future docks.
